Martin Management Group is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our growing company! The Bookkeeper is responsible for updating the cash management system each day, 401 (k) plan administration, and for all general accounting at the corporate office. Download and update banking activity for cash management system on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and analysis on Co-Mar Aviation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for entities maintained at corporate office. This includes preparation of journal entries, account analysis and month end closings.
  • Obtain 401 (k) plan payroll information from all entities and approve funding to Fidelity each week.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations for corporate entities.
  • Maintain and prepare payroll records for corporate entities.
  • Download and consolidate all dealership financial statements.
  • Update monthly analysis charts for dealerships and distribute as appropriate.
  • Complete all training as directed by supervisor.
  • Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Personnel Policy Manual.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Two years professional accounting preferred
