Job Description:

The Sales Associate has the opportunity to interact with many customers a day to help guide them in their vehicle purchase.  This includes Internet-leads, a phone call or a customer who walks in to the store. 

We provide ongoing training, support self-development, and we learn as a teamIf you have the drive, we have the vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  •  Welcoming the customers and listening to their wants and needs.
  •  Providing exceptional customer service experience to drive loyalty.
  •  Develop and maintain ongoing client relationships while utilizing industry leading Client Relationship Management software.
  •  Prospecting through personal and professional referrals and other creative approaches.
  •  Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  •  Complete ongoing Honda manufacturer product training.
  •  Transition Customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (must be insurable).
  • Basic computer skills
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Understand and adhere to required company performance metrics.
  • Present oneself in a professional manner.
