Marketing Production Coordinator

Martin Management Group owns and operates automobile/motor sports dealerships in five states. Our corporate headquarters is looking to hire a Marketing Production Coordinator. This person will be responsible for implementation of service and parts marketing as well as digital marketing items.  

 Position Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Design and layout of newspaper items, mailers, flyers, web graphics, and various promotional items. 
  • Maintain Social Media accounts with consistency. 
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement graphics and logo requests. 
  • Maintain consistent image standards across all mediums. 
  • Submit and track co-op items for all manufacturers 
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors and advertising agencies. 
  • Must be able to conceptualize, write, and produce advertisements and marketing related materials for all mediums.  
  • Ensure all communications meet company and manufacturer?s graphic standards as well as compliance with advertising laws and regulations.
  • Proofread advertisements as needed. 
  • Assist with the organization of company events. 
  • Assist with print layout and TV/radio scripts when needed. 
  • Maintain a job tracking log of current and upcoming projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

  • Educational: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Marketing, Advertising, or Social Media Management Experience in the Automotive industry preferred.
  • Special Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple online accounts across different vendors.
  • Must present a professional appearance.
